Wedding Packages 2027
Wedding season is the first two weeks of June, all of August, and all of September & October . Our Base Package is $4,900, plus Bar fee and provides the following: Based on a Saturday event, Access is noon Friday through 10 am Sunday (Sunday events are allowed, access would adjust accordingly)
Capacity for Weddings is a Maxiumum of 160 people
- We provide tables and chairs for the reception barn, table linens, additional chairs for the ceremony locations, an arbor, white drapery, glass dinnerware, flatware, and building decor.
- There are two getting ready areas for the wedding party’s use on the day of the event.
- We offer rustic camping on the evening of the event, accommodating multiple tents and up to 4 campers.
- We provide experienced day of Coordinators.
- Couples hire their own vendors, except for the bar service, which is provided by Sites (please see bar packages for fees). Caterers must be licensed.
Bar Packages
- 2 Bartenders & liquor liability are provided at no cost.
- Open Bar option $20-$25/head
- Cash Bar option- Guest pays
- Limited open bar/cash bar option- prices vary
- Non-alcohol options available at cost.
Special Events
During non-wedding weekends (typcially June & July), we hold special events such as baby showers, bridal showers and graduation parties.
Pricing for these types of events starts at $300 for 6 hours, including decorating/clean up. The guest limit for non-wedding events is 50 or fewer people. Rental includes tables, chairs and table linens.
