Luke has been raising his beautiful Angus-Hereford herd, of up to 50 head, for over 30 years. During the summer months he rotates the herd through fresh paddocks, where they graze on mixed grass and native plants forage.

We mainly sell our beef by the quarter or side. We take orders during the summer months and butcher in late fall. Occasionally we have individual cuts available for purchase, at the berry stand.
